Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to company approval.

Our tours operate rain or shine. We recommend dressing appropriately for the day’s forecast to ensure a comfortable experience.

Pickup is available in Oakville, Burlington, or Hamilton, Ontario. Please provide your preferred pickup location and full address when booking. Drop-off will be at the same location.
