Tours are available 7 days a week. Some holidays may affect booking as businesses may be closed.

We operate year-round, with availability varying based on weather and demand. For the most accurate schedule, please refer to our booking calendar. During the winter months, select tours may be adjusted to ensure the best possible experience.

Our tours are designed for groups of 4-6 guests.

Where is pickup and drop-off?

We offer pickup and drop-off in Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton, Ontario. Simply provide your preferred location and full address at checkout. Drop-off will be at the same location. If you are coming from the city, pickup is available at the Oakville GO Station. With the GO Train express, you can reach Oakville in under 30 minutes — avoiding the traffic, construction, and congestion of the city.

Can I stay in Niagara after the tour instead of returning to my pickup location?

Yes! Guests are welcome to stay in Niagara after the tour instead of returning to their original pickup location. If you choose to do this, the tour price remains the same, and you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation home or accommodations afterward.

What kind of vehicle is used?

Transportation is provided in a comfortable, well-maintained van suited for group travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride throughout the day.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for the day’s activities. For certain experiences, you may get wet, so an extra set of clothes, shoes, and socks is suggested. Complimentary water will be available throughout the tour.

What happens if it rains?

Our tours operate in all weather conditions. We recommend dressing appropriately for the forecast to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

How long is the Niagara Falls Day Tour?

The Niagara Falls Day Tour is approximately 8 hours in duration, including travel time, guided stops, and free time to explore.

What is included in the Niagara Falls Day Tour?

This tour includes transportation, select attraction tickets, and multiple scenic stops, along with free time to explore Niagara Falls and the surrounding area at your own pace.

Do I have to bring my passport?

No, a passport is not required. Our tours stay entirely on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, and we do not cross the border into the United States at any point.

How long is the Curated Tasting tour?

The Winery Tour is approximately 6 hours in duration, including transportation and tasting experiences.

What is included in the Curated Tasting Tour?

This experience includes transportation and three curated tasting stops at wineries, cideries, breweries, or distilleries, with all alcohol tastings included.

Can we choose which wineries we visit?

You can select your preferred type of experience at checkout. If you have specific winery in mind, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are tastings included?

Yes, all alcohol tastings at each stop are included in the Winery Tour.

Is food included?

Food is not included in the tour price. However, we are happy to arrange a reservation for you if requested in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.
