Pickup

Enjoy convenient pickup in Oakville, Burlington, or Hamilton, Ontario. Simply include your preferred location and full address at checkout. Your tour will conclude with drop-off at the same location.

Visiting from Toronto?

If you are coming from the city, pickup is available at the Oakville GO Station. With the GO Train express, you can reach Oakville in under 30 minutes — avoiding the traffic, construction, and congestion of the city. It’s a quick, stress-free trip that gives you more time to enjoy your experience.

Free time to walk around and enjoy the Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, and the surrounding area at your own pace. 

At the end of the day we will head back to your drop-off spot.

 

What to Bring

You may get wet during your visits to Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Boat Cruise. We recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes, clothing, and socks to keep in the vehicle for your return trip.

Complimentary water will be available in the vehicle throughout the day.

 

Weather Policy

Tours proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Please dress accordingly for the day's forecast.

 

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour are non-refundable.

Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to company approval.
